Authors' Introduction

Here, for the first time, is all that great Lousey! material, together with previously unseen articles, for your entertainment. It might, as a recent mention in The Blue suggested, be parody of the propaganda sheet, Hou sey; it might not. Either way, all resemblance to real persons or events is entirely coincidental.

Viewing Lousey! Online

All issues of Lousey! have been converted to HTML format. Lousey! Online is best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 at a resolution of 800x600. It looks fine at 1024x768 too, but may look somewhat untidy with Netscape Navigator 4 (especially Not Lousey! Issue 2, page 1 and New Lousey! Issue 1). This appears to be because NN4's implementation of tables is inferior to that of IE4.

Not Lousey Issue 1 (page 1)
The first of two double-sided issues. The authorities are getting agitated and have 'banned' Lousey!. Not wanting to cause any trouble, the editors cease publication, but coincidentally start a new magazine entitled 'Not Lousey!'

Not Lousey Issue 1 (page 2)
Poor Willy Turner. He twied to get his wevenge later by attempting to pwoduce a stinging webuke, cadenced, as ever, in his unwelentingly pwententious tones. He failed. Lousey! also recount an illuminating environmental incident.

Not Lousey Issue 2 (page 1)
The school 'drivelpaper' comes under attack; Joel should be flattered - his were the only articles good enough to parody. Down at the Theatre, Lousey reminisce on the exploits of the self-styled 'Last of the Great White Hunters', but hunting fo r what?

Not Lousey Issue 2 (page 2)
The Antiques Roadshow visits CH, and Lousey answer some highly disturbing letters.

The first of four newer issues that have never appeared in print. Some fake CH webpages are discovered and CH Enterprises advertise their latest wares.

New Lousey Issue 2
Lousey catalogue the top scandals of the '90s and make the tabloids drool. Memoirs of the notorious 'Sicker' (motto: nemo effugit) are published, and The Antiques Roadshow returns with another case for Scully.

New Lousey Issue 3
A report in the Daily Mail raises some eyebrows at the Treasury. The macabre Cromwell Street murders are commemorated in the Quad.
